Culinary art and genius with two michelin stars
Born in Suriname, he grew up in a traditional Hindu family. His cuisine is notable for a high dose of creativity, together with exotic influences and a deep understanding of the basic cookery techniques. Herbs and spices are key elements in his cooking, a harmonious combination of taste, smell, colour and forms that provide diners with a tasting trip around the world thanks to an intense explosion of flavours.
He manages his “De Lindehof” restaurant in the centre of Eindhoven with a natural charisma and a proposal of eclectic cuisine with intense flavours. An incredible, exotic and sensory experience that led him to obtain his second Michelin star in 2015.
