Those are the perfect ingredients for the Gastronomy Days organised by the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel & Resort de Lanzarote from the 05th to 07th of October 2017, featuring the Dominican Republic chef María Marte.

With a career that could be the perfect scenario for a film, an example of effort, tenacity and perseverance, María Marte entered the world of cuisine by washing dishes, and then turned, in time, into the great chef she is today: chef at the Club Allard, with two Michelin starts, winner of numerous gastronomy awards such as the National Gastronomy Award for the Best Chef 2014, or the Tourism Ministry and the National Association of Hotels and Restaurants Award in the Tourism International Tradein 2015.

And the author of the book “Soñar, Luchar, Cocinar” (Dream, Fight, Cook) in which she tells us first-hand her story, from her native Dominican Republic to the top of the Spanish gastronomy landscape.
